This page describes what we collect when you use idnarena and how we keep that data protected. We take your privacy seriously and are transparent about our practices. Our policy applies to all users accessing idnarena via mobile app, browser, or any other channel.
We collect personal information only to operate our platform, process your payments, verify your identity, and provide customer support. We never sell your data to third parties. Your information stays encrypted and is accessible only to idnarena staff and trusted service providers who help us run the platform.

What Data We Collect on idnarena
When you create an account on idnarena, we ask for your email address, phone number, full name, and date of birth. We use this information to verify your identity and send you account notifications. Before your first withdrawal, we collect a photo of your ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie to confirm you're the account holder. We store these documents securely and separately from your account credentials.
We also collect transaction data—every deposit, withdrawal, and bet you place. This includes the amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), timestamp, and outcome. We use this data to settle your account, detect fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Your transaction history is visible to you in your account dashboard.
Our servers log your IP address, device type, browser version, and approximate location (city level, not street address) each time you log in. We use this to detect unauthorized access and improve our mobile app performance across different regions—Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and beyond.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information for five main purposes. First, to operate idnarena—creating your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and settling bets. Second, to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Third, to comply with Indonesian financial regulations and anti-money-laundering laws. Fourth, to provide customer support via live chat, email, or phone. Fifth, to send you notifications about account activity, odds updates, and match results (you can disable these in Settings).
We do not use your data for marketing emails or third-party advertising. We do not sell your email address or phone number to other companies. We do not share your betting history with anyone outside idnarena, except as required by law.
Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing
Our servers may sit outside Indonesia—we use cloud infrastructure in Singapore and Australia to ensure fast, reliable access. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, so even if intercepted, it cannot be read. We work with payment processors to handle mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and bank transfers. These processors see only the information needed to complete your transaction—your name, account number, and amount. They do not see your betting history or account balance.
We also use a third-party identity verification service to check your ID photo and selfie. This service does not store your documents; it returns a pass/fail result to idnarena, then deletes the images. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our mobile app—which games are popular, which payment methods are fastest, which regions have the most traffic. These tools do not track individual bets or personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
When you visit idnarena.app or use our mobile app, we set cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (language, odds format, notification settings). These cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Our mobile app does not use third-party tracking libraries—all analytics stay within idnarena's servers.
Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Log into your idnarena account and visit Account Settings to update your email, phone number, or name. To request a full copy of your data (including transaction history and ID documents), contact our support team. We'll provide it within 14 days. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us with your account ID. We'll close your account and delete personal information within 30 days, except transaction records required by law.
We believe transparency builds trust. Your data belongs to you, and you control how it's used.
Security and Data Protection
We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is hashed and salted, so even our staff cannot see it. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or SMS—enable it in Account Settings for extra security. Our servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion-detection systems. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
If we discover a data breach, we notify affected users within 72 hours and provide guidance on securing your account. We maintain cyber-liability insurance to cover potential damages.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a banner on idnarena.app. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
